Online returns or refunds are not applicable, as we do not sell jewellery through our website.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase or before the end of the same month.
The original bill/invoice and authenticity certificate must be presented at the time of return.
Returned jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Our in-house experts will verify purity and condition before processing any return.
Custom or personalised jewellery (including engravings, resizing, or special designs) may not be eligible for return or refund.
Exceptions may apply at the discretion of management.
Refunds are applicable only for showroom purchases verified and approved after inspection.
A 10% deduction (industry standard) is applied to cover making and processing charges.
Refunds requested after one month are processed based on the current gold rate, excluding making and tax charges.
All refunds are issued in the same mode of payment as the original transaction.
Customers may opt for an exchange or buy-back instead of a refund.
100% exchange value is offered on BIS-hallmarked jewellery purchased from K-Shine Jewellers.
Custom jewellery, repairs, polishing, and resizing services are non-refundable.
However, we ensure full after-sales support and lifelong service care for our valued customers.
